Sales & Outreach Support Coordinator
You’ll work directly with the founder to build and activate our outreach engine — reaching out to potential partners, curating contact lists, and opening doors to some of the most valuable rooms in the industry.
Responsibilities
Manage and refine contact databases
Write and send outreach emails, DMs, and follow-ups
Attend networking events to support lead generation
Book intro calls and set meetings for the founder
Track pipeline activity and assist with light CRM support
Who You Are
A persuasive communicator (written + verbal)
Persistent and confident initiating contact

Socially savvy, especially on LinkedIn
Based in the GTA and available to meet in person when needed

Content, Writing & Social Media Coordinator
You’ll own the content engine — from social captions and carousels to thought leadership blogs and short-form videos. You’ll also help grow the founder’s personal brand presence alongside FLO100’s brand.
Responsibilities
Write weekly blog posts, newsletters, and social captions
Use Canva to design on-brand social graphics
Repurpose founder video clips using AI tools
Maintain a light content calendar and publish across platforms
Support strategy and campaign ideation
Research and draft content based on trending topics and internal POVs

Events & Experiences Coordinator (Client + Founder Ops)
You’ll help bring premium events to life — managing logistics, supporting clients, and acting as the founder’s right-hand on key details. From venue visits to speaker wrangling, you’ll be in the room where it happens.
Responsibilities
Book venues, coordinate walkthroughs, and manage vendors
Track budgets, guestlists, and run-of-show documents
Liaise with clients post-sale to lock in event needs
Support the founder with scheduling, reminders, and travel logistics
Attend all major events and assist on-site with guest experience

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Personable and client-facing with strong communication

Automation & Systems Development Coordinator (Special Projects)
You’ll work directly with the founder to build the internal products, databases, and client systems that power FLO100 — from CRM automations and deliverable dashboards to event-management portals and reporting tools.
Every framework you design will help us sell faster, deliver smoother, and scale smarter.
You’re not just connecting apps — you’re helping engineer the backbone of how FLO100 runs.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain relational databases and internal platforms (Airtable, Retool, Lovable, Notion, etc.) that drive day-to-day operations
Build client-facing portals and dashboards for event logistics, deliverables, and sponsor management
Write and manage API calls and integrations between core systems (CRM, marketing, forms, AI tools, etc.)
Structure and clean data for automation, analytics, and content delivery
Develop AI-assisted workflows to optimize productivity across teams
Document systems clearly and train team members on usage
Collaborate directly with the founder on special projects and internal product builds
Who You Are
A builder with technical fluency — comfortable writing or modifying code for API calls, data handling, and automations
Familiar with JavaScript, Python, or SQL, and confident working with JSON, endpoints, and authentication flows
Skilled in no-code/low-code tools like Airtable, Retool, Make/Zapier, Lovable, or Notion
Analytical, resourceful, and driven to turn complex problems into elegant systems
Excited by the opportunity to design tools that make a growing company more efficient, measurable, and scalable
